ABOUT US AND OUR PRODUCTS

Lily and Dora is the brainchild of Kim Rogers, a retired educator, based in South Gloucestershire, UK.

Kim has always enjoyed arts and crafts and has a natural flair for design imagination and her needle skills are exemplary. The Gonk Gnomes we produce are based on the traditional Nordic Gonks of an era where superstition played an important part in the lives of farmers and their families. Gonks were given to these families as a token of peace, good luck and prosperity, for healthy animals and successful harvests.

Our Gonks are entirely bespoke and commissions range from the tame to the utterly wild in imagination!

All Gonks are weighted, making them particularly sturdy and allowing them to stand independently. The medium and large ones also make excellent door stops!

MORE THAN JUST A STORE

Everything we produce is done so with great care and attention to detail, using ethically sourced materials and accessories, repurposing them where possible. We use non-toxic adhesives and fillers as the safety of our customers is paramount.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

We use Royal Mail and their trusted partner agencies to deliver your purchases within the swiftest and saftest time frames. We also uphold our promise never to profit from postage and we do not charge for packaging. Local consignments are delivered free of charge.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not publish or supply your details to any third parties whatsoever. Your privacy is respected absolutely. We never retain payment card/account information. We will not contact you with unsolicited marketing. Your personal details are only kept on file for our records and for customer services reasons only, nothing more.

PRICES

Small Gonks are 12" in height and cost from £15.00 (no tax to pay) plus postage

Medium Gonks are 16" in height and cost from £20.00 (no tax to pay) plus postage

Large Gonks/Doorstops are 20" in height and cost from £25.00 (no tax to pay) plus postage

We take commissions for specific designs and sizes, so please do get in touch with your preferences and we can provide a quote for you.
